The site sells subscriptions for members to fully utilize the dating and matching services offered.  There are three different types of monthly subscriptions.  

• Basic Plan - The features include the following benefits:
• View match photos
• Request photos from your matches

• See when your matches last logged in
• Send/Receive Communication Requests
• TotalConnect Plan - In addition to the benefits listed for the Basic Plan, the features also include: 
• There is an ID Verification service.  (This process utilizes the service called RelyID, which verifies your name, age, and city to give your matches more confidence along with peace of mind when speaking with you.)
• You can talk on the phone safely and securely. (eHarmony allows you to speak to your matches over the phone without revealing your phone number.  You also will not be charged long distance phone fees either.)
• You receive a deeper analysis of your personality.
• eHarmony Premiere - In addition to the benefits listed for the other plans, you also receive the following benefits:
• All matches can reply to your communication
• You can have your account paused for up to three months without cancelling your subscription.
• Profile Advisor (A premiere team member helps you put together a profile)
• Personalized Match Experience (This helps you sift through all the matches you have.  You also can receive advice on how to approach someone you have interest in on the website.)

What are eHarmony's return policies?

You may cancel your subscription purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date of purchase to receive a full refund. 

Does eHarmony offer any warranties or guarantees?

There are no guarantees you will find a match on eHarmony.  However, if you purchase an eHarmony Premier Package, the company offers an ultimate guarantee, which states if you are a member in good standing and are not satisfied with your eHarmony experience during your initial 12 month subscription, you can call the Customer Care team to have your membership extended for up to 12 additional months at no extra cost.

Does eHarmony have physical locations?

There are no physical locations at this present time. 

How can I reach customer service for eHarmony?  Does the site offer a telephone number?

You can go to the contact page to look up information.  You can send a message here.  You can call between 4:00 AM and 10:00 PM Pacific Time.  Customer service by phone is available seven days a week.  You can find the phone number and read a chart here that tells you when the best time to call would be.  The phone number is 800-951-2023.  

Does eHarmony offer any help or introductory videos?

There are no videos readily available on the website, but you can go to eHarmony's help page to answer your questions. 

Does eHarmony offer any discounts or coupons?

Yes, there are discounts for buying subscriptions for six months and twelve months at a time as opposed to purchasing a monthly subscription.  There are also promotional coupons available here. You can enter the codes on the coupons when you subscribe to get a discount when prompted.  Currently, you can type EHCODE when you purchase a six month subscription to get an additional 20% off and you can type EHCOUPON when you purchase a twelve month subscription to get an additional 17% off.
